The best way to engage with the AAEPC is to become a sponsor. AAEPC’s 90+ membership is made up of individuals actively engaged in the field of estate planning whose offices are located in and around Amarillo Texas.

AAEPC Sponsorship Options and Details

Platinum Sponsor ($2000, Maximum of 3)
As a Platinum Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Significant mention throughout both Institutes (Spring and Fall)
  • Representative may provide remarks at one of the below opportunities.
    • Breakfast Remarks (3-5 min)
    • Luncheon Remarks (3-5 min)
    • Happy Hour Remarks (3-5 min)
  • Name & Logo on printed materials & AAEPC website for 1 fiscal year.
  • May provide table banners as well as signage display at meeting.
  • May provide swag.

Gold Sponsor ($1000)
As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Mention of all Gold Sponsors at both Institutes (Spring and Fall)
  • Name & Logo on printed material & AAEPC website for 1 calendar year.
  • May provide swag.
  • May provide table banners.

Silver Sponsor ($500)
As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • Name & Logo on printed material.
  • May provide Swag.
  • Name & Logo on website as an Institute sponsor (Spring & Fall).
